A double-sided UV Vacuum exposure unit is an essential tool for the production of parts such as double-sided PCBs. The vacuum makes these UV exposure units suitable for processing UV sensitive flexible substrate materials.

Fully metal housing out of anodised aluminium profiles and plates
Grindet glass plate with high UV transparency for UV-A wave length
Special fluorescent lamps (ACTINIC), wave length 350 - 400nm (UV-A)
Evenly illumination all of the exposure area
Constant contact pressure by vacuum frame
Electronic timer with selectable time ranges 1-600seconds, or 1-100minutes, 1-knob operation, seven-segment LED display
Electronic ballast no stroboscopic effect, no flicker, power factor >0,92
