AVX F98 Series Tantalum Capacitor (Resin Moulded Chip)


AVX F98 series resin molded chip high cv undertab features an SMD face down design with a small and low profile. These capacitors are compact with SMD resin-molded chips with high capacitance between 1 μF and 200 μF, rated voltages between 4 V and 25 V.The Capacitors are RoHS compliant to directive 2002/95/EC and offer high CV capabilities with the undertab design, and have small case sizes such as 0402, 0603, and 0805.
