RS PRO 316 A4 Stainless Steel Sheet, 500 mm x 300 mm x 2.5 mm

The 1.5-metre rod is constructed of austenitic stainless steel with a high molybdenum concentration, making it extremely corrosion-resistant. The rust-resistant characteristics of this alloy make it an excellent choice for the chemical and related industries, as well as any application where a significant danger of pit-type corrosion exists.
Thanks to its molybdenum content, the steel rod has a high tensile strength of 515 MPa. Austenitic stainless steel is a suitable choice for delicate equipment such as maritime and photography gear, as it's non-magnetic. It's also food-safe, making it a good choice for food and dairy processing.
