The TE Connectivity RTD Platinum Sensor is connected to 26 AWG polyimide insulated twisted pair lead wires for accurate signal transmission. It is encapsulated in epoxy resin and mounted on a flat aluminum alloy housing for thermal efficiency and mechanical protection. The sensor-to-lead connection is made using an ESCC qualified welding/crimping interconnection method, ensuring high reliability and durability in critical applications.
