CC1101 series Sub-1GHz RF Transceiver

The CC1101 wireless transceiver is a low-cost, low-power device able to operate in the 315/433/868/915MHz ISM/SRD frequency bands. Compliant with Wireless MBUS (wMBUS) standard EN 13757-4:2005.

RF Frequency Ranges: 300 to 348MHz, 387 to 464MHz and 779 to 928MHz
RF Output Power: up to +12dBm
Receiver Sensitivity: -112dBm @ 1.2kbps with 1% PER
Modulation: OOK, ASK, FSK, QFSK, GFSK or MSK
Support for Frequency Hopping (FHSS) and Multi-Channel operation
OTA Data Rate: 600bps to 600kbps
Separate 64-byte Tx & Rx FIFOs
Support for Packet handling, Link Quality Indication, Preamble Quality Indication
Automatic Clear Channel Assessment (CCA) for Listen-Before-Talk (LBT) systems
AES-128 Security Coprocessor
Wake-On-Radio (WOR) function
Digital RSSI measurement
Host communication: USART
Power supply: +1.8V to +3.6Vdc
Operating temperature range: -40 to +85°C

Development kits are available under RS Part Nos. 825-7140 (433MHz) and 825-7144 (868/915MHz)
Support for seamless integration with the CC1190 RF Front-End device (RS 750-6700) giving up to 3dB improvement in receiver sensitivity and up to +27dBm output power in the 868, 920 & 950MHz bands.
