Hirose DF13 Series 1.25 mm PCB Header Connectors

DF13 series 1.25 mm PCB headers with a compact, miniaturised design available in single and double row configurations. The space saving design of the double row headers enables them to achieve 30% higher density than the single row versions within the same PCB footprint. These DF13 PCB headers have a low profile height of 5.8 mm above the board (SMT straight mount) and 5.3 mm (straight through hole mount). The housings of these headers have a scoop proof box structure and feature polarization slots to prevent incorrect insertion. A friction locking mechanism ensures that the header is securely connected to the mating DF13 housing. These DF13 PCB headers are available with PCB mounting bosses for accurate alignment and placement on the PCB. The SMT versions also feature metal fittings for a secure attachment to the PCB and to prevent solder peeling. Versions of these DF13 headers have vacuum pickup areas to allow automated pick and place and are also available in embossed tape and reel packaging. These DF13 series 1.25 mm PCB headers mate with the DF13 series 1.25 mm PCB crimp connector housings.
