Overview
The incremental encoders feature a solid shaft with a servo flange measuring 6 mm x 10 mm. They support a communication interface operating between 4.5 V and 5.5 V, compatible with TTL and RS-422 protocols. These encoders are connected via a male M23 connector with 12 radial pins, and each revolution generates 8,192 pulses. The high-resolution incremental encoder, with a diameter of 60 mm, boasts numerous mechanical and electrical interfaces, along with a housing crafted from either aluminium or stainless steel.
Users have the flexibility to program the encoder themselves, if desired. A standout feature is the array of options available for programming the electrical parameters, such as the output signal level, the number of pulses per revolution, or the zero pulse width. This versatility renders the DFS60 highly suitable for demanding applications.
