Vishay TSHA5200/1/2/3 Series IR Emitting Diodes

The TSHA520x series, from Vishay Semiconductors, are through hole Infrared (IR) emitting diodes. They are in standard T-1 3/4 (5mm) packages with a clear, untinted plastic lens. Suitable applications for the TSHA520x series include things such as remote controll and air data transmission.
