GF 467F

Function generator 0.01 Hz → 5 MHz.
Display: 5 digits, 14-mm red LED display.
Functions:
Triangle, sine, square, offset, internal linear or logarithmic sweep, external wobulation VCF or FM modulation, AM modulation, CMOS.
Frequency range: 0.01 Hz → 5 MHz in 8 ranges.
Frequency adjustment: Coarse setting button + fine control (10% of coarse setting).
Offset voltage independent of the attenuator.
Waveform characteristics:
Sine-wave distortion: < 1% and harmonics < -30 dB.
Triangle linearity error: 1% max (up to 100 KHz).
Square-wave signal rise or fall times: 30 ns max (10 → 90%).
Duty cycle:
Calibrated: to 50% ±1%.
Variable: continuously from 20 to 80% on all ranges and for all waveforms.
Frequency sweep:
Internal: Linear or logarithmic, sweep time adjustable from 10 ms → 5 s and depth adjustable from 1 → 100.
External: Input on BNC socket, Input impedance: 47 Kohms ±10%, Bandwidth: DC → 20 KHz.
Frequency meter:
Frequency range: 0 Hz → 50 MHz in 8 automatic ranges.
Reciprocal reading for very low frequencies.
External input: Impedance: 1 Mohms / 20 pF
Typical sensitivity: 10 mV rms
Direct reading of the frequency in internal position.
Accuracy at 100 KHz: ±0.025% ±1 digit.
50 ohms and TTL output protected against reverse power surges of up to ±60 V.
