Infineon’s TLE6368-G2 multi voltage power supply system is designed for automotive applications that require 12V or 24V battery. The IC is for use with 32-bit MCU systems for 2.6V, 3.3V and 5V Voltage rails. The TLE6368 has a wide voltage range and features a range of peripherals including regulators, voltage trackers and window watchdog. The Power supply device is suitable for Powertrain, EPS, EMS and Transmissions.
