Peppers IP66 Metric Flameproof Cable Glands

From Peppers, a range of IP66 ATEX approved flameproof cable glands designed for use with SWA electrical cable. The E type double compression glands are certified Flameproof Ex d, Increased Safety EX e, and Restricted Breathing Ex nR and are suitable for use in Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 21 and Zone 22. The E type glands are also suitable for Gas Groups IIA, IIB, and IIC areas.
Constructed from nickel plated brass and complete with neoprene seals, these rugged cable glands provide superior cable retention and optimal strain relief. This ensures a secure termination is maintained at all times. Supplied with 2 cable glands, copper earthing tags, brass locknuts and PCP shrouds as standard.

Environment

The Peppers E type cable glands are protected to IP66 which means they are dust-tight and protected against powerful jets of water from all directions. They are ideal for harsh environments, outdoor applications and areas with a higher level of sealing and protection are required.

• RS part number 369-034 is a size 16/20 M20 cable gland with a clamp range of 8.4 to 13.5 mm
• RS part number 369-040 is a size 20S M20 cable gland with a clamp range of 11.5 to 16 mm
• RS part number 369-056 is a size 20 M20 cable gland with a clamp range of 15.5 to 21.1 mm
• RS part number 369-062 is a size 25 M25 cable gland with a clamp range of 20.3 to 27.4 mm

Supplied with

Two brass glands , copper earth tags, brass lock nuts, IP66 entry thread seals and PCP shrouds.
