N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System

N6700 series 1U, 100-240V, 4-slot mainframe accepts 1-4 DC power modules (ordered separately) in any combination. If the mainframe is to be mounted then it is necessary to order the N6709A Rack Mount Kit 690-9644 . If fewer than 4 DC power modules are to be inserted in the mainframe then it is necessary to order the N6708A Filler Panel Kit 690-9635 (each filler panel kit contains 3 filler panels).

N6730, N6740 and N6770 series DC power modules provide programmable voltage and current, measurement and protection features economically, making them suitable to power the DUT or to provide power for ATE system resources such as fixture control. N6750 high-performance autoranging DC power modules provide low noise, high accuracy and programming speeds up to 50 times faster than other programmable power supplies. The high-speed test extensions included offer an oscilloscope-like digitizer which simplifies system configuration and increases measurement accuracy when viewing high-speed transient or pulse events within the DUT.

The autoranging capabilities enable one power supply to do the work of several traditional power supplies. N6760 series DC power modules provide precise control and measurements in the milliampere and microampere region with the ability to simultaneously digitize voltage and current, and to capture those measurements in an oscilloscope-like data buffer.

• Creates a system of up to 4 outputs of up to 300W per output in 1U of rack space
• Output voltage can be changed in as few as 200 microseconds
• Hardware and software triggering enables synchronization to other events in ATE system
• Transients captured with built-in digitizer (up to 50kHz, 4096 points)
• Generates automated sequencing of up to 512 output settings
• Ensures DUT safety with protection features

Note

The N6700 series DC power modules each occupy a single module slot in the mainframe with the exceptions of N6753A 690-9694 and N6754A 690-9697 , which each occupy two module slots in the mainframe.
