TE Connectivity AMPSEAL Plug Style Receptacle Housings

The 'AMPSEAL' range from TE Connectivity are a brilliant and rugged connector housing. They boast high reliability under high temperatures and even feature a IP67 rating. AMPSEAL connectors have a 2-piece contact hold design with secondary locking to prevent the contact from getting tore out under harsh conditions. These connectors accept a wire size of 0.5 to 1.25mm² .

IP67 Rating:

An IP67 rating means this housing can withstand any dust (fully dust tight, even against sand) and can withhold an immersion in water for up-to 1m. It can also handle powerful water jets.

TE Connectivity 776164-1

The TE Connectivity 776164-1 is a 35-way housing for female terminals from the AMPSEAL range of connectors. It is made from a black PBT thermoplastic with silicone rubber seals and is designed to connect wire-to-device. This rugged and reliable connector housing designed to withstand high temperatures in automotive applications.
They 776164-1 is designed for 1.3mm contacts in gold or tin and a list of compatible headers can be found below. The 1.3mm contacts have a current rating of up to 17A for gold and 8A for tin.
